Shutters

All our shutters are manufactured in Australia using the highest grade materials. Our timber shutters are made from solid western red cedar imported from Canada and then manufactured on the Central Coast by Open Shutters (Australian Timber Shutters).

For internal applications we offer the ‘Ultimate Style’, made from solid western red cedar, available in a 70mm, 90mm and 115mm Blade, with 10 standard paint colours, clear or stained finish, or select a custom colour to your specific choice. Ultimate Style Shutters can also manufacture special shaped shutters to suit round arched or raked windows.

Our ‘Smart Style’ is made from solid western red cedar frame and uses PVC Blades painted and is available in a 90mm or 115mm Blade, with 3 standard paint colours. Ideal for wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens or high traffic areas such as children’s bedrooms or playrooms.

For External applications we offer the “Metel Style’, perfectly suited for our harsh climate. Made from aluminium and available in your choice of 90mm or 115mm Blade. The Powdercoat finish is strong and durable and is available in 4 standard colours including white, silver anodized, alabaster or black. Custom Powdercoat colours are also available from the Dulux Powdercoat range.

If Western Red Cedar externally is your choice, the 80mm fixed Blade ‘Ultimate Style’ is for you.

All our shutters can be installed in a fixed, hinged, sliding or bi-fold operation method. Our qualified carpenters will assist in offering the best operation method to suit the installation of your shutters.
